Warranty
In addition to the component warranty provided by Ziptrak Pty Ltd, Optimo Blinds Pty Ltd provides a 2-year manufacturers warranty against issues that arise due to manufacturing or installation.
Exclusions
The following exclusions apply to this warranty:
- If usage is not in accordance with Ziptrak's written operation instructions.
- If the product has been dismantled or returned with clear evidence of abuse or other damage.
- If the product has been left fully or partially lowered in winds exceeding 50km/h.
